Also the specification of a calendar week is often necessary to better divide the appointments into different time ranges. In Outlook calendar weeks are not displayed by default. However, the feature is available in the settings. Therefore, we would like to show you how you can show the week number in Outlook, so that the planning can be simplified even more.

Step-by-step instructions:

  • Start Outlook
  • Click on the “File” tab
  • Select “Options”
  • Click on the “Calendar” tab
  • Scroll down to “Display options”
  • Check “Show week numbers in month view and the Date Navigator”
  • Click on OK
  • Done!
