One or more homepages in Opera:

As with many other browsers, you don’t have to limit yourself to just one home page in Opera. Theoretically, you can define as many pages as you like as the start page. Of course, we leave it up to you to decide how many pages make sense. But two, three or even five are no problem in any case. Theoretically, you can also use a simple function to store all currently opened pages, which we find quite practical.

Step-by-step instructions:

  • Open Opera
  • Click on the Opera icon in the upper left corner
  • Select “Settings”
  • Scroll down until you find “On startup” in the middle of the page
  • You have the following choices:
    • “Begin fresh with start page” will open Opera’s quick selection home page with various suggestions and news on every startup. Tabs will be closed on exit
    • “Retain tabs from previous session” opens all tabs you had open when you last quit Opera
    • “Open a specific page or set of pages” allows you to specify individual pages
      • Add new page” allows you to create a page manually
      • “Use current page” saves all currently opened tabs as start pages
  • Done!

With just a few clicks, you can create your personal start on the Internet. Opera is generally very suitable when you surf the web.
