How to clear history on Chrome
We won’t ask why you want to do this, because there are many reasons. One of them is that you don’t want to leave any private traces on a work computer. And even if it should be different, then we would simply like to show you how you can clear your history on Google Chrome. This is actually not difficult and you have several options, so that for example only a few hours or whole months are deleted. The decision is up to you.
Clear history on Google Chrome – and more:
In the Google Chrome settings, you can delete other data besides the history. For example, images and web pages in the cache or login data for websites. In this way, sensitive data can also be removed from you. This is especially worthwhile if the computer is also used by other people who should not have access to your data.
- Open Google Chrome
- Press CTRL + H
- Click on “Clear browser data” on the left
- Specify which data you want to delete (browsing history, cookies, cache)
- Choose a suitable time period
- Press “Clear data”
In a few seconds you can free the browser from your private data. We wish you a lot of fun with the implementation, so that your dirty stuff remains nicely hidden :p
